Pendant Lighting Under $100 When we bought this house it was a spec home. Newly built, but the builder picked out all of the finishes. So, we had no say. Since living here, we have made a few changes to the home. Mostly paint and slowly switching out all of the builder-grade brown lighting fixtures....
