A few weeks ago I was in charge of the decorations for my girlfriend’s baby shower. We decided to keep everything pretty simple because my friend’s home (where the baby shower was located) is just so beautiful that we didn’t want to take anything away from it’s beauty.
Pink, white and a touch of green were the colors. Pom-poms and white lanterns are really easy to decorate a room. I know pom poms are SO yesterday, but putting a ton of them together with white lanterns updates the look, right?
For dessert we did cupcakes, raspberry tartlets, brownies and chocolate-covered strawberries. Simple and nothing too much.
I had this flower garland from Stella’s 3-year-old princess birthday party and kept it. Over four years ago! Finally got to pull it out of storage. I hung it from the fireplace and between the columns.
How gorgeous is that kitchen!! Love!
