I walked past a Baked by Melissa cupcake shop when I was in the City last week. Tiny-bite size cupcakes–slightly bigger than the size of a quarter. We are talking really small cupcakes! And each one is frosted with toppings and some are stuffed. Tiny cupcakes are all the rave right now. Good if you want just a taste but not the post-dessert guilt.
