My poor little Lucas got stung by a bee today at the playground. He just crawled on over to the bee and picked it up–OUCH! I was so surprised that he only cried for a little bit, and was brave and calm while my friend Alison pulled the stinger out of his little hand and cleaned his boo-boo up. Thankgoodness there was no allergic reaction only swelling. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of my little guy and his swollen hand, but here’s a pretty picture of a bee.
