It sounds like St. George, Utah is stepping it up with little trendy shops and restaurants. I’ve been away too long! My sister-in-law Carolyn posted some pictures of this restaurant that she recently ate at–it looks like it would fit perfect in the city. Love all the decor. Wish I stopped by and grabbed a bit to eat when we were on our way to Vegas.
